Whether you’re an elite athlete or just trying to move off the couch, there are certain basics to preserving our ability to move. This seminar will involve some education, some practical suggestions, and some demonstrations that you can implement into your personal routines to ensure you continue to move well for many years to come!
About Kasey
In 2015, Kasey received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University in College Station. Following that, she went to Texas Woman’s in Houston, Texas, and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. She is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Orthopedic section, and will be starting an Orthopedic Residency with Memorial Hermann this coming fall. She is currently living in the Houston area, providing pro bono services to her nearby family.
