Spiritual Practices

A spiritual practice (or spiritual discipline) is a habit or pattern that you develop in order to focus your life on God and to open yourself to what God may be saying to you. Daily devotionals are just one example of a spiritual practice; there are many others. When practiced regularly, these “habits” can help us develop a deeper relationship with God.
