Alpha
Sunday Evenings, January 15 - April 23, 5 p.m.
Explore life and the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. We will meet weekly at 6203 Creekside Park Ln. (the Sims’ house) in Fulshear to discuss the Christian faith, answer questions about Jesus, faith, prayer, etc. The series also includes a weekend away session in early March. Everyone is welcome, but Alpha is designed particularly for people who would not describe themselves as Christians or church-goers. There’s no charge to attend Alpha – it’s free.
What is Alpha?
Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith, typically run over eleven weeks. Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation. Alpha is run all around the globe, and everyone's welcome. It's run in cafés, churches, universities, homes, bars—you name it. No two Alphas look the same, but generally they have three key things in common: food, a talk and good conversation. - alpha.org
